UK Returns Process for Unwanted Goods:
For items under 20kg and within dimensions of less than 61x46x46cm:
- You can return your items through your local Post Office, which is part of a network of over 11,000 locations nationwide.
- Ensure your parcel is no larger than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) and weighs under 20kg.
- Visit the Royal Mail Returns Center [here], complete the required information, and take your parcel to your local Post Office. Your RMA number is the same as your Order ID with us.
For items over 20kg or larger than 61x46x46cm:
- Please contact us via Live chat to determine the best method for returning your item to us.
*The cost for Royal Mail returns is £4.99. For larger or heavier items, our customer service team will provide a cost estimate per parcel.
