Gro-Sure Slow Release Plant Food Tablets feed for up to 6 months and are ideal for pots, hanging baskets and containers. These tablets contain added trace elements for healthy leaves and root development. A great slow release feed for flowers, fruits, vegetables, roses, shrubs and trees in containers.

How to Use: Place the required number of tablets around the plant and push each tablet fully into the compost. Water to activate feed.

For pots/tubs/baskets up to 15cm (6 inches) - 2 tablets
For pots/tubs/baskets 25-30cm (12 inches) - 4-6 tablets
For pots/tubs/baskets over 35cm (14 inches) - 8-10 tablets
For window boxes 2 tablets per 30cm (12 inch) length
For small growbags (30 litre) 1 tablet
For large growbags (60 litre) 2 tablets
