If you're returning a bulky item or an item over 20KG in weight please contact us and we'll make it easy for you to return it to us.
When returning an item from the UK, please choose a suitable method as detailed below:
Items below 20KG and 61x46x46cm
You can return your item(s) to us via your local Post Office. There are over 11,000 Post Offices nationwide offering this service.
Parcels must be under 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) in size.
Parcels must be under 20kgs in weight.
Simply go to Royal Mail Returns Center - Here, fill out all the relevant information and bring the parcel to your local Post Office.
Your RMA number is simply your Order ID with us.
Items above 20KG and 61x46x46cm
Please contact us (via Live chat) to discuss the best method to return your item to us.
* Any items being returned will be subject to the cost of return being deducted off the refund. Return cost is £4.99 for royal mail returns. Larger items or over 20kg items the return cost will be provided on a per parcel basis by our customer service team.
